คำแนะนำInstructions
วิธีการกรอกและส่งข้อมูล มี 2 วิธี
There are 2 ways to enter and submit information.
1. กรอกข้อมูลทีละรายชื่อ
1. Single Entry
- กรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มด้านซ้าย
- กรุณากรอกข้อมูลเป็น ภาษาอังกฤษ
- ช่องที่มีเครื่องหมาย * จำเป็นต้องกรอก
- เมื่อกรอกครบ กด “บันทึกข้อมูลนี้”
- หากข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง ให้แก้ไขตามคำเตือนของระบบ
- เมื่อบันทึกสำเร็จ ระบบจะนำไปยัง หน้ายืนยันการบันทึกข้อมูล
- Enter the information in the form on the left.
- Please enter the information in English.
- Fields marked with * are required.
- When complete, click “Save This Contact”.
- If any information is invalid, correct it according to the system warning.
- After a successful save, the system will take you to the submission confirmation page.
2. กรอกข้อมูลหลายรายชื่อ
2. Multiple Entries
- กรอกหรือวางข้อมูลในตารางด้านขวา
- สามารถ Copy ข้อมูลจาก Excel แล้ว Paste ลงในตารางได้
- หรือดาวน์โหลด Excel Template กรอกข้อมูล แล้วใช้ปุ่ม Upload Excel
- กด “ตรวจสอบข้อมูล” ก่อนบันทึก
- หากพบข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง ให้แก้ไขตามคำเตือนของระบบ
- เมื่อตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย กด “บันทึกข้อมูลทั้งหมด” ระบบจะนำไปยัง หน้ายืนยันการบันทึกข้อมูล
- Enter or paste information into the spreadsheet on the right.
- You can copy data from Excel and paste it directly into the spreadsheet.
- Alternatively, download the Excel Template, complete it, then use Upload Excel.
- Click “Validate Data” before saving.
- If any information is invalid, correct it according to the system warning.
- When validation is complete, click “Save All Data”. The system will take you to the submission confirmation page.
หมายเหตุ: ระบบจะตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและอีเมลซ้ำก่อนบันทึก
Note: The system checks data validity and duplicate email addresses before saving.
